Eating out is always one of my headache....Everytime hubby ask " so what you want to eat?" then i will crack my head trying to think of something that we never eat before or haven't eat in a long time.
One fine day, after church, hubby decided to bring me to try nasi lemak from "The Restaurant" at Singapore Polytechnic Graduates' Guild, sparing me the agony from deciding where to eat. He ate the nasi lemak before with his colleague and he said that it is nice...
BUT... when we sit down and look at the menu... only peranakan set meal is served on weekend ..... and minimal a la carte menu and to our dismay, no nasi lemak...
So we ended up with peranakan set meal... and surprisingly it is good!
We ordered the 2 pax set meal....comes with soup, ngohiang babi, ayam buah kerluak, babi ponteh, nyonya chap chye, dessert of the day, coffee or tea.
For the soup, we had duck soup and pork soup... pork soup taste better

Ayam bush keluak (chicken, not sure how is it cook, even the waitress wasn't too sure).... one of the disappointing dish... it is quite bland and not much taste.
