Stir fry chokos with chicken |
Difficulty: 2/5
This is the first time I bought chokos to try out... I have been seeing this vegetable in the market and supermarket for the longest time but i wasn't sure how to cook it, so have never bought it before. Recently, was reading online and read that can actually stir fry it with beef and it will absorb the flavouring that is added because chokos itself is relatively plain. So, decided to buy one and try out...
So, how do i describe this dish... the chokos is crunchy and it absorbs the flavouring well so its quite flavourful. My son loves the chokos, keep pointing to it and ask me to take for him.. :)

This is how a chokos looks like, some people called it chayote.
