Mamak-style Maggi Goreng |
Recently, hubby and me has been patronising mamak stall frequently when we go back to JB for the weekend... reminiscing the times that we were dating :) Ever since we move to Singapore, we have not been going to mamak stall often cause mamak stall is not a norm in spore.. although the prata shops in spore does serve maggi goreng as well but the atmosphere is different from what we have in JB, eating under outdoor under the sky :)
Kinda run out of ideas for dinner, so decided to make some maggi goreng for a different dinner than our usually soup, meat, vegetables and rice dinner...I won't say my maggi goreng is fantastic but it is not too bad for my first try :)

5. 1 tablespoon of curry powder
6. 1 teaspoon of white sugar
7. 4 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
8. 2 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
9. 120ml of chicken stock
METHODS:
1. Cook the maggi mee in boiling water until its cooked, then drain the water and set aside.
2. Heat oil in cooking pan, stir fry onion until translucent.
3. Add snow peas and carrots and fry for 1-2 minutes then add chicken stock.
4. Pour in the maggi mee and stir fry. Add egg and continue stir fry.
