Cook: Super Melty Peanut Cookies

Peanut Cookies

Made a batch of peanut cookies and its really additive. Cant stop putting them into my mouth...very melty and yummy!

Adapted the recipe from: Peanut cookies

I tried the recipe a couple of times with different amount of sugar... So far, this amount is the most ideal amount for me... Hope these are good for you guys too!

INGREDIENTS:
(Makes 64 peanut cookies)

1. 250g peanut butter ( i used crunchy peanut butter)
2. 450g of plain flour
3. 150g vegetable oil
4. 110g of icing sugar
5. a pinch of salt
6. One egg yolk (to glaze the peanut cookies before baking)

METHODS:

1. Sieve the plain flour and icing sugar.
2. Put the vegetable oil, peanut butter, plain flour, icing sugar and salt into a mixing bowl.
All the ingredient required...
3. Mix evenly using hands and make small balls (about 2-3 cm)
Peanut cookies dough done...
Ready to go into oven...
4. Glaze the surface with egg yolk and bake in oven preheated oven of 180 degree celcius for 15-20 minutes or until the top is browned. It took 17 minutes for mine.
