Marche Movenpick is also one of our recent most patronised restaurants... Although I love Marche in Vivocity because I love their rosti and i like how the restaurant is special, customer get to walk around and look at the chef and the fresh ingredients, ordered their favourite dish and bring the yummy food back to their seats. But hubby doesn't really fancy Marche... until we tried Marche Movenpick and he fall in love with them...
Marche Movenpick is different from the usual branches of Marche (Vivocity and Somerset 313) because they only serves limited choices of dishes (as compared to the usual Marche) and mainly the serves pizza, pasta and salads and they did the dishes right!
Our favourite dish would be their salami pizza, smoked duck breast pizza and carbonara.... Pizza is always done with perfection, huge portion and generous topping. However, their carbonara has its hits and misses. When it hits, the carbonara is very tasty and creamy, served with a crispy bread and mushroom. But when it misses, it tasted quite bland. Apparently, it is due to different chef with their different culinary taste...
Marche has complimentary apples on their tables most of the time and each time we enter, first thing my children asked will be " Can I have one of their apples?" and i always will pass them one each, its good for health and can keep them busy until the meals arrived.

Had one for one beer during our first visit there...
3. Suzette crepe $12.90
Crepe with orange puree and orange skin top with ice cream. Its special but not to my liking.
Overall, food is good and the portion are huge. Good for sharing. There are only four of us (2 adults and 2 children) so we are really full towards the end....
One good thing is that the restaurant actually have washroom inside, so that customer does not have to go out of the restaurant. I think this is a plus point (for me at least cause I really like to go toilet :p)
Cons: the restaurant only have 2 baby chair in total and I think it is too little. As one of the baby chair is in use, only my son got a baby chair. My daughter gotta sit on an adult chair...but the staff was quite sweet, they gave her a pillow to sit on :) they should really consider increasing the number of baby chair for the restaurant.
