Eat: Famous Samsui Ginger Chicken @ Soup Restaurant

Had a short lunch meet up with one of my ex-colleague. We had a good time chatting and enjoying the food. At the same time, our kids had some wonderful time bonding with one another. 

There is an ongoing OCBC credit card promotion when we went in mid-July. With any purchase of their Signature Samsui Ginger Chicken, one can get a free dish from 3 choices and we choose the Claypot Salmon. It was good, salmon is soft and juicy and cooked in black pepper.. love it!

One of their Signature and Must Try Dish: Samsui Ginger Chicken. Chilled steamed chicken, soft and juicy, dip them in their ginger sesame oil sauce and wrap in cold cabbage, or just eat it on its own after dipping in the sauce.
