Eat: Jai Thai, Singapore

Found this restaurant being recommended in one of the online blog. Hence, decided to give it a try. Indeed a very authentic Thai Restaurant. Highly recommended.

Menu 1
Menu 2
There is a 10% service charge on the price on the menu, no GST (included in the price already).

Most dishes comes in three sizes (Small, Medium and Large).

There are also set dishes.

For us, we ordered a la carte as we wanted to choose the dishes that we wanted.

Steam Squid in Lemon and Chilli, $8 (small size)
Mixed vegetable with mushroom, $10 (medium size)
Tom Yam Soup with Chicken , $7 (small size)
Chicken with cashew nut , $10 (medium)
Fishcake ($2.50 each)
Prawn Cake- very yummy (non-spicy)- $2.50 each
Sweet and Sour Fish- medium $12

Overall, I think the quality of the food is above average and definitely authentic Thai. Prices are reasonable and size of the dishes are reasonable as well.

Water is not complimentary though, the restaurant charge $0.30 for a glass of plain water.

Recommended if craving for Thai food.
